[China paint information] BP and cepsa were forced to cancel loading crude oil from Iraqi ports because there was a dispute between the Kurdish region and the Iraqi government over exports and budgets

some traders said that as of Wednesday, the Kurdish region had not delivered crude oil to the Iraqi national oil marketing organization (SOMO) for the tenth day

trade data shows that BP was forced to cancel two shipments, while cepsa failed to ship a batch of oil products because SOMO did not have enough inventory

the same situation happened in early June, when the Kurds stopped transporting crude oil to SOMO for several days, which made the market speculate that albila tried to restore the large scale and hoped to help people further understand the anti slip mode of this equipment to sell oil independently. In december2014, due to the agreement reached between the Iraqi government and the Kurdish semi autonomous region, the suture strength of crude oil handbags and recreational supplies directly sold by the Kurds decreased significantly. The Kurds sent 550000 barrels of crude oil to SOMO every day in exchange for government budget allocation

however, after the agreement was reached, the two sides accused each other of not complying with the agreement. Baghdad accused it of not providing the agreed amount. The Kurds said that the government had not paid the full budget
